Happy New Year

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! I'll be back posting sometime in the new year I got some bad news today and just need a break from everything. No it's nothing that bad for those that remember a few years ago I had to have my knee replaced cause I made a bad choice. Well I've been having a lot of issues with it and found out today that I need to have it replaced again they tell me that the part is defected and is one of the ones being recalled so I'm not a happy camper. With this now and fighting the depression I'm just going to take a break from everything for a little bit. Hope everyone has a Happy and Safe New Year!

Peace to All!

UPDATE:
So the date for the surgery is January 3 I also found out that the knee I have is on a recall and there is a class action lawsuit against the company that made it. All I know is I'm kinda scared but I went through it before and I am tired of the discomfort. I'll keep you updated when I can. Thanks!

It really stinks to have that problem with your knee. I don't blame you to want to take some time off. And i'm sure it doesn't help your sepression.

All I can say is I hope when the knee is replaced your counselling will be effective in enabling you to overcome your depression, so that 2012 turns out to be a really good year for you.

I'll be looking forward to your next post, when you're feeling better.

Happy New Year to you, Kadin, and Tyler.

Oh good heavens, Ryan! What a pain in the...well, knee!

Sounds like time to recuperate is called for, so enjoy your break. I hope you get the knee taken care of and that it all goes smoothly.

Look forward to reading again when you get back. Enjoy your New Year's celebrations!

    Peace <3

If the knee has been causing you discomfort, it's possible that once you have recovered from the rehab the reduction in pain will make you feel heaps better.
    All the best for 2012.
At least from the sounds of things, you shouldn't have to pay the medical expenses or will get them reimbused.
    hugs

  5. Love you Bro! Hope it goes well. I think having a knee replaced (again) may just be worth a few lemon bars......(and ummm they are good for depression too....just sayin)

Ryan... It is good that you are having this taken care of now. In a short time it will be healed and you should be feeling much better.
Don't let depression get you down now .. celebrate a New Year and a new knee.

    Sorry to hear this, Ryan.

Hate to see you go through this again, and Kadin, too. I went through it with my mom and I know it can be painful afterwards.

I'll be in touch next week.

And you're right, I read about the lawsuit, too. I hope you at least get something for the discomfort they've put you and others through.

Good luck with the surgery, Ryan. I have a friend who has an artificial hip joint and he had to have it replaced a couple years ago.
I know you will have a quick recovery, though, 'cause you can't keep a good man down!
Happy New Year to you & Kadin!
