Oh Boy, I wish I could help you babe, but when I eat it, we usually go to the casino near our house and buy it. It's so damn good and practically the only soup I will eat. Randy is a great cook, but I prefer the casino. Good luck darlin, but this is one thing I can't help you with.

  2. Oh I have a GREAT one! I will send you the recipe. Wish I could make it for ya - cause when I make it I stick my foot in it - its that good!

Our Winters are like 26℉! Bloody freezing! Although I'm not used to hot weather.

I tried this recipe and loved it!

    Stuffed Potato Soup:

    4 cups water, divided
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    ¼ chopped onion
    1 cup milk
2 cans (10.75 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon onion salt
    6 cups cubed potatoes
    1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
Sliced green onion tops (optional, though not to me…the onion tops go in it! Dub)
Crumbled bacon (optional…ditto, same as the green onion tops…put em in it! Dub)

In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine 1 cup of water, the bouillon cubes, and the onion and simmer for 30 minutes.

In a large saucepan combine the 3 remaining cups of water, the milk, the cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion salt. Cook over low heat until the soup is creamy and any lumps have been stirred out.

Pour the soup mixture into the Dutch oven with the bouillon and onion mixture. Add the potatoes and cook over medium heat. When the potatoes are almost done, add the cheese. Remove from the heat so the cheese doesn’t stick. Once the cheese has substantially melted, return the pot to low heat and simmer until you are ready to serve. Top with sliced green onions tops or bacon, if desired.

I forgot to mention the weather, sure it's nice where you live, but I like the cold as long as it's not damp and rainy. It's about 66 here right now, but down in
    40's this morning

I can't wait until it gets colder here, lol. We're still in the 50's in the morning and I like it more in the 30's and 40's.

But I do like to visit FL, especially S. Beach.

I hope you are still laughing in 15 years when Florida is under water.

    Enjoy it while you can.

OK...I admit I'm jealous. It's like 50 degrees here now and been wet & raining for the last week but hey, at least I don't have to worry about getting eaten by alligators...lol, plus I would miss my snowboarding.

Have a awesome day Ryan & enjoy the weather & that tater soup sounds yummy :)
